The CORE Assessments were performed on 4 persons from different occupations. The same information is used to determine why and how people react depending on their Core abilities in 2 different occupations where we have similar and dissimilar explanations of how it influences each person and what the potential outcomes can be.
These are 2 good examples why it is necessary to work with the proper data and ensure that the data is applied correctly.
For each scenario below there are alternative reassignment possibilities for the poor performers to similar or related position depending on what opportunities are available and how well the Management and HR structures are setup to accommodate lateral thinking and application of this type of data. In this manner the employees could still be employed and used in very productive capacities.
If the 2 poor performers are being interviewed as new employees the likelihood of them being employed will be very slim unless they have alternate skill and experience that will accommodate these shortcoming they are showing in this assessment and those shortcoming do not necessary impact on their ability to perform.
