A Mine Manager by profession, he has criss-crossed Southern Africa from the ultra-deep mines of the Wits gold complex to the far reaches of the Angolan diamond fields. He has mined for copper, nickel, diamond, gold and platinum. Junior managed and coordinated the study, design, licensing and development of the mining component of the first foreign owned Jabal Sayid Copper Mine in Saudi Arabia.
Subsequently he accepted an advisory role within one of Saudi Arabia’s civil construction giants with a focus on operations optimisation. His accumulated wealth of mining experience blended with a diverse spectrum of engineering and business disciplines resulted in his passion for Psychometrics and optimising employees and operations.
After nine years in Saudi Arabia, Junior experienced a profound calling to focus on that Great Unknown we face daily as individuals and business owners which is determining whether we have the right individual in the right place and if we are ultimately not just getting the best utilisation out of an individual, but knowing how to best develop the individual further to maximise the potential.
Today he specialises in discovering those hidden talents within individuals and help companies how to best utilise them for the benefits of both the individual and company as a collective. Thus, we enter The Great Unknown, not just seeking out undiscovered Talent but actively exposing Talent.
Junior observed that for a company to be successful there is a need for the individual in the company to be successful. With this in mind, by combining innovative methods to visualising those talents for companies and individuals, Junior has succeeded in simplifying how to utilise the knowledge gained by the psychometric process, removing the pain of making sense of what it all means to the business. This enables companies to be able to not just describe the individual in the business but actually visualise the individual as a person and treat them as individuals, by recognising their potential as well as being able to find optimum ways to utilise their talents and tailor their development in the company.
